A circular approach
We are fully aware of the sustainability challenges facing our industry, from climate protection to resource scarcity, and we act on them where we have real control: the material, the mold, the machine and the packaging.
With Metrono we designed and delivered complete grinding plants — up to 350 kg/h — for industrial customers, so material that used to be a cost returns to the market as measurable environmental and economic value.

Material recovery
Metrono collects, grinds and sorts production waste and sprues, reintroducing recycled plastics into the supply chain with digital tracking aligned to ISO 14001:2015.
Returnable packaging
We design packaging for reuse rather than disposal, cutting waste along the logistics chain and lowering total cost for our customers.
Lightweight design
Part and mold design focused on lower material usage and cycle time, improving efficiency across the whole product life.
Energy efficiency
Continuous work on plant consumption, machine setup and process parameters to reduce environmental impact per part produced.
