Design & tooling
We design and procure the equipment needed to produce your part: molds, grippers and industrial automation for production and assembly, developed with our partner tool-shops and maintained, repaired and modified in-house.
From concept to release we validate manufacturability early — mould-flow analysis, DFM checks, 2D/3D documentation and packaging design — so the ramp-up holds no surprises.

Injection molding
We cover a wide range of injection molding solutions, from microscopic components weighing one gram to large technical mouldings. Eleven machines from 70 to 580 tons, including a 70 T vertical press, run continuously with full traceability from source to delivery.
We supply automotive, aviation and both domestic and industrial appliance markets, applying a strict zero-defect methodology on every batch.

Assembly

Automation & robotics

EVE Operations Digital
A fully digitalized, custom production management system oversees the plant from order scheduling to equipment and plant maintenance, and acts as the only official repository for every quality procedure and document.
It records and catalogues non-conformities with 8D analysis on production batches, and tracks every measuring device including calibration and regulatory compliance.
